Whole Family Catechesis 2025-2026
Why Whole Family Catechesis?
WFC is a hybrid model of Religious Education that focuses on the home as the most important classroom for children to learn the Catholic Faith and to witness it in-action. By first equipping, educating, and empowering parents with materials and activities, their children are given the greatest chance for a genuine relationship with Christ that lasts a lifetime!

General Family Catechesis Classes Ongoing Faith Formation for students in Grades 1-8 who have already received their sacraments but do not have a regularly occurring religion class. |
Wednesdays from 5:30-6:45pm |
Easy-to-follow homeschool lessons occur in lieu of in-person classes each First Wednesday of the month. Attendance at our Parent Class is encouraged! |

Sacramental Preparation Classes Preparation classes for students in Grades 1-8 who are seeking Baptism or First Holy Communion. |
Wednesdays from 5:30-6:45pm |
All sacramental preparation programs are facilitated through a two-year process. Easy-to-follow homeschool lessons occur in lieu of in-person classes each First Wednesday of the month. Attendance of at least one parent is required for students enrolling in Year I or Year II of Sacramental Preparation. |

Preschool / Kindergarten Sunday Classes Children aged 3-5 are introduced to God and His Love for us via crafts, songs, stories, and play time! |
Rotating Sundays from 8:50-10:10am |
Occurs during Saint John’s 9:00am Mass. Toddlers must be at least 3 years old to enroll, however can join at any time of the schoolyear once this age is reached. |

¿Por qué el Catecismo en Familia?
El Catecismo en Familia es un modelo híbrido de Educación Religiosa que se enfoca en el hogar como el aula más influyente para que los niños aprendan la Fe Católica y la vivan en acción. Al equipar, educar y apoyar primero a los padres con materiales y actividades, se brinda a sus hijos la mayor oportunidad de éxito. Es decir, ¡la oportunidad de una Fe que dure toda la vida!
