We receive the very Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Jesus Christ in the Sacrament of the

Eucharist. Additionally, reception of Eucharist is an intimate encounter with Christ, where we sacramentally receive Jesus into our bodies so that we may be more fully assimilated into His Body, the Church.

First Eucharist for newly baptized adults occurs as a part of the Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults. If you have been previously baptized in the Catholic Church, but have not yet received your first Eucharist, contact the Parish Office.
